Extensive Structural and Utility Upgrade
We performed a structural overhaul of the building to allow for a wider range of future uses. We also successfully coordinated with multiple private and public agencies to install a fire main beneath Main Street into the basement. Working in hazardous conditions, and prioritizing safety at every step we overcame numerous challenges, including the disassembly and reassembly of the storm retention system beneath the pavers. Despite these complexities and after months of planning we delivered the project on time and within budget.
