Leadership
Leverage General was founded by Miles Gastil in 2022. Miles combines extensive construction experience with a formal education in business finance. He seamlessly bridges the gap between financial strategy and construction execution, delivering outcomes that enhance both functionality and profitability for clients. His experience includes, but is not limited to, tenant improvements (medical, office, retail, and hospitality), ground-up construction, veterinary clinics, flood remediation, civil and utility work, tilt-ups, pre-engineered structures, and more. Miles’ approach to construction is rooted in integrity, efficiency, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young children, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, playing chess, and exploring Idaho.
